Ed Tolleson, has over 28 years operational experience within manufacturing companies including; Emerson, Household Manufacturing, Ingersoll-Rand, and has serviced as Lean and Six Sigma Champion responsibilities.
Ed has a strong background in Visual Organizations, Lean Concepts, and Six Sigma methodology and Strategice Human Resource Management.
Brenda Maddox (Partner)
Brenda has over 25 years of experience in Organizational, Professional and Workforce Development. Brenda's numerous Lean and Facilitaion Certificatification, complement her natural ability to help move teams forward.
Brenda believes that the way to achieve and sustain a Continuous Improvement Culture is the ability of people to understand themselves, understand others, and work together in a more productive way.
The remainder of the PI team consists of a pool of working professionals that assist our clients with their experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvement Elements.
